Matt,

In case you haven't scared off every wrench from
installing PV on Cal-Pac roofs, I just thought I'd
point out that the "hanger bolts" to which I referred
are not U-bolts, but more of an all-thread product
which has machine threads on one side and lag screw
threads on the other.

Other than that, I've never had any problems dropping
screwdrivers, or tearing the roof walking on it.  This
is not to say I like the Cal-Pac product.  I just
wouldn't pass up an opportunity just because of it.
