Only Joel responded. Is he the only one who has collected data, or is there
no interest in real world performance?

Real world from central Calif:

2.5 kw cec rated and Sunny boy 2.5 inverter

March 25 readings

Fixed array 12.5 kwh
Tracked array 16.4 kwh both measurements taken at 4:40 am

These two systems are not side by side but very similiar in all respects

The fixed system comes very close to the simple estimate of .7 times STC (3kw
here)

The tracked system yields about a third more energy (kwh per day). A
production incentive would be of benefit here.

I have lots of systems that I monitor causually. I believe my results (mainly
SB inverters and Kyocera modules) represent pretty good sample . However
these ancedotal results lack the rigor being discussed by others.

best,Don
