Hello
Does anyone know the code issue for an off grid pv application. I have a
system that is 7.7 KW with a 15 KW Coleman genny. What is the code
requirement for the size of the ATS? Does it have to be 50 amps (15KW/120v)
or does it need to be the max size of the combined output of the system-
8-2500 watt Outback's (200 amp)?
The other question arouse where we could in the future see the utility
arrive at the site and this property was wired with the potential of 400
amps. Does the ATS need to be 400 amp rated?
Thanks!
