Yes - that is correct, Bill - I was jumping to conclusions that it was a 
dual inverter system since he wanted the Xantrex enclosure so much 
(which probably meant lots of breakers).  It is a nice enclosure for 
holding the QOU breakers - Bill Hoffer designed it and did a very good 
job on it - lots of access to the breaker terminals. 

For single inverter applications the SquareD three phase box works well 
- for dual inverter applications you need two seperate boxes.  This 
makes it a bit messy in my opinion and opens up all kinds of possible 
problems with other certain brands of series stacked inverters (but not 
mine...).  I don't think separate bypasses for each leg should be 
considered acceptable - what is your thought on this, Bill? Others?
