Need Astropower warranty card [RE-wrenches]

As some of you know we installed a system here at SMA America. 
For those of you that have not seen it take a look at the Web site..
Since March 12, 2004 when PG&E let us turn it on it has produced 100%
of our energy plus a surplus of about 700 kWh. 
 
The last bit of information I need for our rebate is the warranty card
for the Astropower modules.
I have tried various channels at AP with no success.
Does anyone have a copy they can email or Fax to me.
Any help greatly appreciated.
