Hi y'All,

For Radiant Slabs put the tubing as near the surface as practical. 
Insulate under the radiant pane., use TVM 30848 or a good grade of foam 
made for the purpose to insulate the radiant panel from subsurface water 
etc which will transport the heat elswhere.  The Radiant Panel 
Association has handbooks on the subject. Contact me anytime with 
questions about high mass (Passive) or low mas radiant or hydronic 
heating and cooling.  I have designed hundreds of systems, and installed 
a few, I can help you prevent design mistakes.  I do not represent or
