C35 Problem [RE-wrenches]

Thanks Don, and Hi all,

Well, after more troubleshooting, and a bunch of headscratching, I found 
that a 12-volt florencest light ballast was passing back 0.7 VAC to the 
controller through the negative from the battery, which totally knocked the 
controller out of commission.

After that, I found that the grounding system had a bad connection, and 
wasn't providing a good AC ground. Once that was fixed, the controller 
worked fine.
