Solar Arrays. [RE-wrenches]

HI all
All paints are black in the infared.  A white paint
has the same infared emmitance as black paint.  There
is an advantage in white because it reflects visible
and reducing the solar heating.  White can be as
reflective as metals in the visible and 10 times as
emmisive in the infared.
