African adventure [RE-wrenches]

I have heard of situations where a person used a credit card in this type of
situation, it was approved, the equipment was sent, and then the person on
this end received word that there was a problem with the credit card; the
person found himself in a load of trouble (more than money). I would not
have thought this could happen as I thought that was the point of having the
credit card "cleared/approved". I received this information from a
reputable source. If you want more information, let me know offline and
I'll see if the person who gave me this info will talk directly with you.
