More often bad credit card numbers are being used to steal PV and other
equipment. You are at risk until you have real money in hand whether the buyer
is from Gambia or your home town. I tell international inquiries that export
orders must be pre-paid by International Letter of Credit drawn on a U.S. bank
or by bank transfer. I usually never hear from the inquirer again.
