Breaker hold-downs [RE-wrenches]

While the breaker might technically be backfed, if you pull it the feed goes dead, so the hold down is moot. Probably best to call this a "grid interactive" connection rather than a "backfeed" which probably confuses the inspectors.
UL1741 mandates the connection go dead if disconnected so what use would a hold down have?
