Tubular towers and PV mounting [RE-wrenches]

Hi Paul,

It does seem a little bit on the high side, doesn't it? ;-)

Actually, it creeps me out to even think about trying to service a turbine
(or anything for that matter) while hanging on a line at that height; you
know how much motion there is at 60'! I like the relative security of going
up inside the big towers, but a $75,000. tower for a $6,000. turbine? An
interesting problem indeed.

My preference would be to have a fold-out work platform or steps at the top
along with a jinn pole fixture of some kind. What do you think?
