it. The 8" schedule 40 did not. I have observed this practice, but

This practice is what I was referring to in a previous post.....
The difference between "Structural" and "Electrical" steel components in
concrete. The Contractor followed common practice (right practice??) in
this application. He wrapped the conduit but not the structural steel.
I'm glad you brought it up, Jerry. It is a perfect example of what this
thread is about!
