Jeff,
Stealing solar modules is not new. Nor is hunting down thieves. News stories
and articles encourage copycat crimes. I have found it best to quietly offer
a reward for information about the crime. Rewards don't result in finding
the thieves, but it does alert honest people and seems to prevent further
stealing.
