hi y'All
When racing motorcycles and cars we used to use clear silicone seal as a
combo thread Lube and Lock, GE, had a tech bulliten on the subject at
the time. I try and keep 304 stainless serrated flange nuts and bolts in
stock for most racking attachments and then we goop the threads as we
assemble. My guys mostly use sikaflex now for a threadlock because it is
what they have in the bucket.
