Studer 12v 2000 watt problem with HP LaserJet 1000 [RE-wrenches]

I've got a couple of small Studers (200 watt and 400 watt). I really
like them, simplicity, built-in PV input, etc. but I did notice that the
200 had an awfully low surge capacity. It would not start my old 17
inch monitor whereas a small Statpower would, of course I had lines on
the screen.

Good luck,
Ezra

Sounds like an incompatibiltiy glitch..... Running Studer here for 2
years without incident -- refer, computers, HP 890C printer, Sharp
SF7350 copier (heavy load). My experience is that its simplicity makes
it unkillable. I would contact Studer. Good Luck.
