Studer 12v 2000 watt problem with HP LaserJet 1000 [RE-wrenches]

Battery cables -- how long and what size are they? Also, are the batteries in good condition. Low battery voltage would certainly cause a shut-down. Have you checked the voltage at the batteries when this occurs? My battery bank is very close to the inverter and the cables are 2/0.
