Eric & All:

I am STRONGLY in consensus with Marco's Post. There are cheaper
alternatives out there, Crouse-Hinds is one example, but I don't find
the extra cost (like <.01% of the job) is worth it. Square D HU's come
with Arc Shields. There are no exposed energized terminals on the line
side. I don't like or feel comfortable with using Disco's without this
feature, but have had to for "Program Budget" purposes in the past.

Square D's economy version is at the following link (Without Arc
Shields. Not the same quality as the HU):

Note: The current HU link is:

Grounding kits are at the following link: (Same catalog...Just click

Good Luck, Eh!

Eric,

I'm sold on the Square D "H" series heavy-duty 3-pole disconnects that
are rated for 600V AC and DC. You can get them both for indoor and
outdoor NEMA3R applications.

For example:
HU ("U" meand unfused) 361 is rated for 30A
HU 362 60A
HU 363 100A
HU 364 200A
HU 365 400A

The HU 361RB is for outdoor applications.

Here's a link to the Sq.D disconnects website:

good luck!
