European Rebate Structure [RE-wrenches]

	Anyone know where I get info on the rebate structure in Europe? I
understand that the cost of power averages 12 cents but the rebate is
structured around paying 50 cents for solar power generated. Please respond
off-line unless you want to start a discussion about this (unlikely).
