cost per kWh [RE-wrenches]

Hi Travis,

I haven't but have thought hard about doing it for customers that I cannot
really get a good idea of power use.  THis way I can spec a system for a
given amount of power and with the meter show what they are actually using.

Also I like the idea of having one on the genny side, to show actually how
much they are using it.
