cost per kWh [RE-wrenches]

Even if they are ball park figures, (like ~$7.00 a watt to install PV) offers an
easy number to tell people when they ask these questions that come up so often.
I realize there are huge variables (like how long will the PV's last) which make
it difficult to calculate these things.
