Marketing Issue [RE-wrenches]

Brad,
I can relate. I hired a licensed contractor to install my PV system and paid
retail for parts and labor for two reasons. First, I am willing to pay a fair
price for quality work. Second, I wanted my system to be a model for urban PV
and most city folks are not do-it-yourselfers. I can use my PV system as an
example and show the actual invoice to prospects.
I think mailorder/internet vs. local dealer issue is pretty clear. Local
dealers add value. Their best argument for buying locally is, "You get what
you pay for." Local guys should show prospects the values that they add. If
the prospect does not see value, so be it.
Best regards,
Joel Davidson
