Over current protection for charge controllers [RE-wrenches]

Bummer that Pagan is gone, but no surprise. She was a gem and probably was too
embarrassed and frustrated trying to make that outfit more responsive to those
of us in the field (mission impossible).

I install 2 CB's into the DC 250's... one is CC input from the PV's and one is
CC output to the 250 amp breaker. There was discussion a while back about which
side of the 250 amp breaker to put this to. Also the factory wire is too small.
