What you are looking for is the current production Aquastar 125BLPS.
B=pilot light
LP
S=solar (or any other preheat)

Since you don't want to use AC your choices in the Bosch lineup are
limited. As you may know, you will need to 1) get a 5 inch vent through the
roof, 2) feed the machine sufficiently to accomodate it's 117,000 BTU/H
appetite (and any other simultaneous usage) and 3) provide for sufficient
combustion air.

The advantages of using the pilot model are 1) proven reliability and
perhaps most important 2) hot water not dependent on electric power
availability.

If you need an installation manual for this specific model, let me know
offline.
