I just called Controlled Energy (U.S. importer of Bosch/Aquastar) and 
the guy there says that the WR400 has been discontinued, and is now 
the 125 HX, the one with the hydro turbine (which you should like).

Do you have better information? The only Web listings I find for that 
model number seem to be Canadian companies.
