Batteries on Concrete [RE-wrenches]

The reason that batteries left on the floor in a garage are dead when
you go back to check them later is usually because the battery was bad
in the first place. If the battery was good, it would still be in the
car and not stored in the garage.
I still wouldn't put them directly on the floor. I would at least put
them on wooden spacers to allow a little air circulation for more even
temperature.
