US versus DE installation costs [RE-wrenches]

Dear John,
Thanks for the feedback. What's your cost estimate for the difference in
materials and labor in $/W DC STC in Germany for a 2.4 to 3.0 kW DC STC
residential system? It looks like $500 - $1000 in materials and 6 to 12
person-hours labor. The reason for asking is to figure out how to reduce
turnkey prices by $0.50/W AC PTC/year in the absence of significantly lower
PV module prices. I'm not trying to prove the CEC wrong for cutting rebates
$0.50/year. Just trying to meet or beat the CEC goal.
