Pat, I know they have filed advice letter on this. Joel has mixed up exit
fees with this other issue (connection charges). They are separate deals. We
won on exit fees but connection charges are another matter and we should plan
to go to the matt on this one too. Lets all stay tuned on this because it
will require action.
Another unresloved issue, somewhat vague and undefined at this point , is the
ownership of renewable energy credits generated by net metered and other
customer owned PV. The PUC has already indicated its intention to allow utils
these credits to count toward their portfolio standard requirements.--a
"taking" as presented in CALSEIA's responce. Two cents per kwh value that
belongs to the owner -not the util.
