CPUC delays ruling on Exit Fees
At the California Public Utilities Commission meeting this morning,
Commissioner Peevey advised the meeting that the decision on Exit Fees would
be deferred until April 3, 2003. This is the next scheduled meeting of the
Commission. The deferral has been requested in particular by three California
State Senators.
