BAD power factor?? [RE-wrenches]

Poor power factor. Both around 0.6 PF. Most CF lamps have power
factors similar to this.

Actual real power is 13 watts and the reactive power is 21 VARs (volt-
amp reactive), not watts. The kwh meter on your house only measures
KW's and not VAR's.
