If this project is within the Airport boundaries or within close
proximity to any hangars, I recommend "throwing in" or at least offering
a "Native Predator Bird-Call" device.  This might cost $300 counting
labor to install it, but the significance of such a device to the
"Authorities that Govern" exceeds that.

One of the biggest detriments to low-altitude aircraft is fowl (let's
not start a "bird-kill" conversation here, please).  Keeping them away
is regarded as very important to the FAA, et al.

The device I describe emits the call of a predatory bird that
discourages roosting in and around the array.  It consumes little power,
is actually very annoying if you listen to it while working on-site, but
does "do the job", in my experience.
