Actually a couple months ago we had some discussion about taking one
phase from each of the three legs output to each of the three houses and
transform to battery voltage.  That might have been equitable but that's
not what they want.  They pointed out that that scenario could result in
more wasted energy (diverted).  They want the home that needs it the
most to get it.  Go figure :)
