  Ah yes, and then there's Sweden. I'm doing a little work with a Swedish
windturbine company. They complain that there's not enough of a market in
their own country for them to survive. The government gives them a hard time
and 0 incentives; and this is from a Scandinavian Socialist democracy! Maybe
that's why so many Swedes live in Wisconsin (or is it Minnesota?) ;-)
