NIMBYism run amok [RE-wrenches]

For several years, some people in Sweden wanted to install off-shore wind
generators but other people in Sweden do not want wind generators to in their
view of the ocean. This is the same country that voted to go 100% nuclear in the
1970s and then voted to stop nuclear development and phase out nuclear power
plants after the Chernobyl disaster. They have a problem because there is not
enough solar resource or biomass for the over 9 million citizens.
