Permit costs [RE-wrenches]

Yeah, Oceanside can be a problem, almost as bad as Riverside County.  County
of San Diego is the best, in my experience.

I recently testified at a Vista city council meeting to waive solar permit
fees a la the county, but to no avail.  The City Councilman who was
pro-business (yeah, right) did not want to see the majority of the citizens
subsidizing solar for those few doing it.
