Guys,
Here's a thought:
If the PGC is, in fact, public works funds, then it should-by
definition- apply to ALL the public, ie ALL Californians, not just
those in SCE,  PGE, etc, territories. Since it most certainly does
NOT (we here in northernmost CA get screwed, blued, and tattooed)
apply to all of us, either they have to start giving us up 'heah some
rebate dough or drop the public works thing all together. Go get 'em.
