Solar Arrays. [RE-wrenches]

Sorry but I have looked at black and white paint in a
Spectral Photometer, and in the infared black and
white are both black..  Except for a very few paints
that were created for spectrual charicteristics. And
most of them did not work very well.  

The white will reflect visible and emit infared, the
black will absorb visible and emit infared.  The white
will be cooler because it has less to emit.
