  Hey Bob-O , thanks for the kudos, it does sometimes feel that the NABCEP 
testing is for not. I spend a lot of time on my soap box  touting the 
benefits of a national certification program and yes I did take the test!

  I am one of the folks that did NOT pass &  will need to retake the 
test  @ $150. additional dollars. more $$$$ more time.......

  WHAT A MUTHA that test was!!! Its been a LONG time since I've studied 
that hard & had that I had that kind of agonizing experience!
I was a wreck, I quit school because of those feelings.
I won't be changing the way my installs are designed or done because my 
failure to pass or because of what I saw on the NABCEP test!
  I'm not real anxious to indulge myself again,but yes it will be (being 
certified) recognized some time in the future as a benefit to our potential 
customers.

   I believe we need to address the LACK of publicity that surrounds the 
program. I would like to ask that NABCEP begins to work on a flyer/PDF 
that, we as certified (congrats guys n gals)or us wanna be certified 
installers,details what we are trying to achieve, and how it benefits the 
customer.This program does NOTHING, if we the  installers are the only 
folks who know about it!
Now that there ARE certified NABCEP Installers,  We NEED & I'm looking 
forward to seeing something along these lines, MORE  PUBLICITY. Thanks 
to  Peter and others at NABCEP, see ya at the next round..........
