Good stuff guys. These issues really apply to long module strings on roofs.
Talk about an attractive loop!
Question on this, in AC power, it is my understanding that an EMF exists
whenever wires are energized, regardless of current flow. In DC power
however, I understand that an EMF exists but does it only exist when there
is current flow? Is this even close to accurate?
If so, how does that impact the effectiveness of twisting DC wires to reduce
attracting surges? Or is it really just an "antenna" effect we are talking
about?
Thanks,
Jason Fisher
