Forget the control wires and this crazy wire run altogether and go with a Cla-Val Co. float valve (949.722.4800) A 1/2" will run you under $300 and flow plenty regardless of the flow rate you can get from the Grunfos or ETA. These valves have been used for decades in the industrial water industries for control of water. They are diaphram opperated either by air or water with a little pilot jet on the adjustable float that activates the main valve. This is a float valve that instantly goes from full open to full close w/o the typical and annoying "throttling" back that a convential float valve does driving your pump nuts with cycling. I've been using one on my well that is 1200' from my tank for over 18 years and had to rebuild the diaphram for the 1st time 2 years ago ($60). Simply use a 2 gal. pressure tank and pressure switch at the pump/well that is set just a bit above lift pressure and you're all set! These things are way better than running control lines long distances!
 . I would suggest a 124G-01 1/2"

You'll love it!
