tilt/orientation for TOU [RE-wrenches]

Hi Nick,

I would twist the mount west to the position of the sun at about 2PM 
(closer to noon rather than 1/2 way between noon and 6PM) and tilt back 
to about your latitude +/-10 degrees.  

Are you on net metering or are you peak leveling?
