cost per kWh [RE-wrenches]

I did a study on a almost 10 year old system with
three 5kW inverters and 1990 era solar modules, the
inverters are still functioning, the panels had lost
about 1% per year in performance (power on the AC
grid). (The reason was not investigated, perhaps they
are building up a dirt layer.) The modules were of the
multi-crystalline type. (old Mobile Oil technology) 
The system is still functioning without cost, never
even cleaned, however the monitoring system is not.
