Scam [RE-wrenches]

It is a relatively simple procedure to contact the issuing bank and find out if
the card holder information matches your would-be customer.  What I find
interesting is that the issuing bank has no interest in prosecuting the would-be
scammer, they just close down the card and send their customer another!  I just
called a bank in the U.K. a few minutes ago (and the would-be customer's ifo
doesn't match the actual cardholder's).  This was a fella from Sierra Leone.

Trouble is, there are some legitimate customers in the African market.  You've
gotta check 'em out or just accept a bank transfer.
