Hi Bill,

I wonder how it goes with other "groups" ie plumbers, electricans etc.

What I mean is, who is driving the system, the plumbers/ suppliers or the
building depts/inspectors?

My guess is that its the building depts/inspectors.  I agree that there are
many problems with systems, but I really beg to differ on how to fix the
problem.  If the person whos installing it feels no need to be informed( and
there is lots of info outthere) then some mandated school or eduction is
wasted: in one ear out the other.

If on the other hand ( and believe me I am no fan of inspections/ inspectors
etc) fail their system, that will get their attention.

I agree that leadership is in order, but whom is leading is a very important
question.
