Hey Kent,
KWHR total is what is need for this temporary situation of looking at
a problem for the last two months. Is there that much data in a SB
inverter that can be retrieved if it's important like in Mo's
situation? How far back does KWHr data get stored in the inverter?
There must be some built-in defaults on logging intervals, right?
I noticed when my Sunny Data Control was accidently turned off for a
couple of weeks that when we turned it on the inverters downloaded
the KWhr data so I know there is that much.
thanks,
Jeff C.

>>Mo/Jeff, yes you can do this with the SMA service cable and the Sunny
>>Data (not Sunny Data Control) software. The program is free and on our
>>website. A straight RS232 link to an inverter equipped with an RS232
>com
>>board will work also. SD will log 3-5 second real time snapshots of any
>>of the inverter parameters (Pac, Vac, Vdc, etc.) to the PC in a comma
>>delimited ASCII file. Regards,
