Gary,

The Shurflo is simply not a long-life pump. With a longer duty cycle, 
it won't last more than a few years between rebuilds, and they can be 
dubious. It will cost the customer more in the long run than   ... 
than  ...    I think you know what I'm getting at!  Get a long-life 
pump and keep away from batteries.
