Just a reminder to check out the Kilovac hermetically sealed contactors.
They have what they call an economizer on the coil that is essentially a
DC/DC converter.It accepts from 9 to 36 volts DC at a constant 200
milliamp.
Contacts rated 200 contin @200vdc and 2000 amps break.
Great units and they are relatively cheap.
