Good news, indeed!  Also, on another note, the new CEC guidelines are
available in pdf format.  Here's the link:

March 3 is the launch date for accepting reservations.  I feel like a
farmer, using this downtime to do equipment maintenance and the like :)

Highlights:  $4/watt, $.20/w reduction every 6 months starting 7/03.  No 50%
limit.  NABCEP certification required, when it is in full swing.  More
paperwork than you can shake a stick at.

You also need to include an executed net-metering agreement to claim your
rebate.  I wonder what will happen if the utilities drag their heels on this
piece...???
