grid tie unit [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

There is a local CEC funded biomass project going in for our area. The
system will use "waste" wood in a gassifer to power an internal
combustion engine, driving a 50 kW, 3 phase AC generator. The big
problem is the grid intertie. Does anyone know of a "box" that one can
plug a small (up to 100 kW) generator into, plug the grid connection
into the other side and  call it a day?
