Energy Bill [RE-wrenches]

I see that the House-Senate conference committee in Washington has 
essentially wrapped up the compromise version of the long-awaited energy 
bill.  The press is skimpy when it comes to describing how pro RE it is.  
Anyone know whether the $2,000/year federal tax credit for residential RE is 
included in this bill
